How do I upload my photos?

You can upload your photo during checkout using our upload system. You’ll be able to crop and adjust your image to fit either a round or square format depending on your product. 

How long does production take?

Orders are made and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. I always aim to get orders out as quickly as possible while ensuring each piece is made with care.

Bulk and business logo orders may require additional processing time depending on quantity and design approval.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, tracking is provided for every order as soon as it ships.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All items are made to order using your submitted photos. Because of the custom nature of these items, returns or cancellations cannot be accepted once production has started, unless there is an issue with your order.
